Senior Marketing Lead for Anime Jewelry Brand
Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Marketing Lead to take full ownership of growth for an Australia-based, fast-growing, anime-inspired jewelry and accessories brand. You will lead marketing strategy across paid ads, organic content, influencer marketing, UGC, creative testing, and performance analytics. This role is best suited for a highly organized senior marketer who can manage creative coverage across all products, make data-backed decisions, and keep the full marketing engine moving consistently.
About the Role
This is not a junior media buying role. You will be responsible for making sure every product has the right creative coverage, active advertising angles, testing priorities, and clear next steps across Meta, Google, organic, influencer, UGC, and paid creative channels.
You will work closely with the social media manager, influencer and UGC team, paid ads team, editors, designers, and other creative team members to ensure no product is neglected. This role may be hard to fill and may require reviewing a larger volume of candidates because it requires a rare mix of strategic marketing judgment, creative direction, performance analysis, organization, and anime or fandom awareness. To help us identify thoughtful applicants, please write the word "seesaw" in your response to the first screening question on the application page.
What You’ll Do
- Own marketing strategy and budget across Meta, Facebook, Google, organic, influencer, UGC, and creative channels.
- Organize ad and creative coverage across all products so each product has clear visibility, testing priorities, and next steps.
- Track which products currently have active ads, which products do not, and which products need more creative support.
- Track which hooks, angles, offers, scripts, visuals, and formats have been tested for each product.
- Identify neglected products and help prioritize which products need more content, UGC, influencer support, or paid ad creative.
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns, especially Meta, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads.
- Analyze daily performance using Triple Whale, Motion, Shopify, ad platform data, and other relevant reporting tools.
- Identify what is working, what is not, and make clear decisions on scaling, testing, pausing, and improving performance.
- Lead creative strategy for ads, including hooks, angles, offers, scripts, visuals, product positioning, and testing priorities.
- Review video ads, graphics, landing pages, and creative assets to make sure they look polished, high-quality, and on-brand.
- Coordinate with the social media, influencer, UGC, paid ads, editing, and design teams to understand what creatives are needed for each product.
- Build and maintain a clear system for product coverage, creative testing, reporting, campaign planning, and performance reviews, using tools such as Miro, Notion, Airtable, or similar platforms.
- Work closely with editors, designers, media buyers, and creative team members to give clear feedback and keep campaigns moving.
- Help recruit and evaluate new marketing, design, advertising, and creative talent as the team grows.
- Support the brand’s growth toward multiple 7 figures by building a stronger, more consistent marketing engine.
