Senior Meta Marketing Lead for Anime Jewelry Brand
We’re hiring a Senior Marketing Lead to take full ownership of growth for a fast-growing anime-inspired jewelry and accessories brand.
This is a fully remote, long-term, full-time role with flexible hours. Excellent performance, strong ownership, and consistent results will be rewarded with pay increases and bonuses.
About the Role
You’ll lead our marketing strategy across Meta/Facebook Ads, Google Ads, organic content, influencer marketing, creative testing, and performance analytics. Your goal is to help scale the brand to multiple 7 figures while building a stronger, more consistent marketing engine.
This is not a junior media buying role. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically, make data-backed decisions, manage creatives, improve ad performance, and lead the marketing side of the business with confidence.
What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of marketing strategy and budget across Meta/Facebook, Google, organic, influencer, and creative channels
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns, especially Meta/Facebook Ads and Google Ads
- Analyze daily performance using Triple Whale, Motion, Shopify, and ad platform data
- Identify what is working, what is not, and make clear decisions on scaling, testing, and improving performance
- Lead creative strategy for ads, including hooks, angles, offers, scripts, visuals, and testing priorities
- Review video ads, graphics, and landing page creative to make sure everything looks polished, high-quality, and on-brand
- Work closely with editors, designers, media buyers, and other creative team members
- Build systems for testing, reporting, campaign planning, creative feedback, and performance reviews
- Help recruit and evaluate new marketing, design, and advertising talent as the team grows
Must-Have Requirements
- Proven senior-level marketing experience with 7-figure Shopify e-commerce brands
- Deep hands-on experience with Meta/Facebook Ads
- Strong experience with Google Ads
- Strong working knowledge of Triple Whale, Motion, Shopify analytics, and performance reporting
- Excellent creative judgment, especially for video ads and direct-response creative
- Ability to spot the difference between weak, cheap-looking content and polished, high-converting brand creative
- Experience managing remote teams, including ad managers, editors, designers, or creative strategists
- Strong understanding of e-commerce funnels, offers, landing pages, AOV, CAC, MER, ROAS, contribution margin, and scaling strategy
- Hard-working, reliable, and available at least 5 days per week. Availability 6 to 7 days per week is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience in jewelry, fashion, accessories, beauty, collectibles, fandom, anime, or lifestyle brands
- Experience building creative testing systems from scratch
- Experience working with influencers, UGC creators, or affiliate partners
- Strong copywriting instincts for hooks, headlines, offers, and ad angles
- Experience hiring or evaluating marketing and creative talent
