About the Job

Kraymer Art is a premium, founder-led anime-inspired jewelry brand, and we’re looking for a creative, experienced Social Media Manager to lead and grow our brand presence across all major platforms while helping build Kraymer.studio as a complementary account for higher-volume content, testing, and experimentation. You will be responsible for managing posting, engagement, and account growth across our core channels, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, as well as secondary platforms like X, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest, and Reddit, while keeping the brand aesthetic clean, personal, and artist-led. This role is for someone who understands organic growth, has a strong eye for visual direction, can write authentic captions that feel human, and can help scale Kraymer Art without losing the warmth and identity that makes the brand special.

Tasks

• Strategic content planning: Create and maintain a consistent, on-brand posting calendar for our core channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) and secondary platforms (X/Twitter, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest, Reddit).
• Content creation & curation: Source, create and schedule posts, ensuring a clean feed aesthetic and authentic artist feel.
• Community engagement: Engage daily with fans via comments, direct messages and community features to foster a warm, personal connection.
• Growth & analytics: Analyse performance metrics to optimise content strategy for organic growth; our goal is to continue scaling beyond our current 105k followers.
• Account management: Build and manage the new Kraymer.studio account as a space for experimental content, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and does not detract from the main account.

Requirements

• Proven success growing a brand or personal account organically to at least 10,000 followers.
• Strong aesthetic sense; ability to recognise content (especially reels) that will resonate visually with our anime-inspired brand.
• Excellent copywriting skills that create a personal, authentic voice rather than a corporate tone.
• Reliability and dedication: available at least five days per week and committed to a long-term role.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing business accounts with 100k+ combined followers.
• Familiarity with popular anime series (Demon Slayer, Jujutsu Kaisen, Genshin Impact) and anime fan culture.
• Previous social media management for high-revenue e-commerce jewelry or fashion brands, particularly those focused on handcrafted or niche products.
