Loyalty Program and Community Manager for Anime Jewelry Brand
Role Overview
We’re looking for an anime-loving Loyalty Program and Community Manager to deepen customer engagement, increase repeat purchases, and turn fans into long-term community members. This person will own and grow our loyalty and community experience across Discord, Shopify loyalty tools, and customer engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate understands anime fandom culture, enjoys building online communities, and knows how to create fan experiences that feel personal, rewarding, and authentic.
About the Role
This role focuses on community, retention, and customer experience. You’ll help shape how customers interact with our brand beyond their first purchase by building loyalty systems, fan engagement initiatives, and community-driven experiences that keep people excited about what’s coming next.
You’ll work closely with the marketing and operations team to improve customer retention, increase repeat orders, and strengthen our brand community through Discord and Shopify loyalty tools such as Rivo, Recharge, and Skio. Success in this role means creating a loyalty ecosystem that feels rewarding, interactive, and true to anime fan culture. What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow our Discord community with a strong focus on fan engagement, retention, and brand connection.
- Build and optimize loyalty and rewards programs using Shopify apps such as Rivo, Recharge, and Skio.
- Develop community engagement initiatives that encourage repeat purchases and long-term participation.
- Create loyalty mechanics tied to anime fandom culture, collecting, exclusives, and community interaction.
- Coordinate community updates around upcoming projects, launches, and future product plans.
- Introduce community-based exchange or trading initiatives for mystery bag customers who want to swap items with other members.
- Work with subscription and retention tools such as Recharge and Skio to improve customer lifetime value.
- Monitor loyalty metrics, engagement trends, and community feedback to improve retention strategies.
- Plan and execute fan engagement campaigns, community events, giveaways, polls, and exclusive member experiences.
- Respond to community questions and conversations in a warm, personal, and brand-aligned way.
- Help create a stronger emotional connection between the brand and its customers.
Must-Haves
- Experience with Shopify loyalty or subscription apps such as Rivo, Recharge, or Skio.
- Experience working with e-commerce or DTC brands.
- Experience running ambassador or referral programs.
- Familiarity with collectible product communities or subscription box businesses.
- Basic analytics or reporting experience related to retention and loyalty.

- Experience coordinating online events, watch parties, or community challenges.
- Experience managing and growing Discord communities.
